DEALFAST is a founder-led sourcing and consulting firm, headquartered in the United Arab Emirates and operating worldwide, with clients and counterparties across Europe, the Gulf, North America and Asia-Pacific.
What we provide is access. Our network is private and built one relationship at a time: owners and principals, family offices, notaries and lawyers, local brokers and technical partners. It reaches assets that never appear on any listing, and buyers who never announce what they are looking for.
We work both sides of a transaction. Sellers instruct us to place an asset quietly, without public exposure. Buyers instruct us to find what the market does not show them. Every engagement is defined in writing before any work begins.

01 Mandate
Your target, your criteria, our terms. Agreed in writing before any work begins.
02 Origination
We work our own network: owners, principals, and a selected circle of local partners and co-brokers. Most of what we source is never publicly listed.
03 Verification
Ownership, provenance, legal and technical status are checked before anything is presented to you.
04 Introduction
You are introduced directly to the counterparty, with the file prepared and the terms clear to both sides.
05 Completion
We stay with the transaction through to signature. Fees are agreed at mandate: a search fee, a retainer, a success fee, or a combination of the three.
